After clearing things up it is indeed true bandit100 did not scam me, i got scammed by a faker. For anyone who's interested in this story here is what happened:
30.01.2019: I negotiate with bandit100 how much for his WA+22 char but we end up not doing a deal.
09.02.2019 in the morning: I write a thread "WTB legion+22 char"
09.02.2019 later this day: I get a message from user "sG1990" on epvpers asking me about my discord id, because his friend is selling a legion+22 char. I give him my discord id. In the afternoon someone pm's me on discord. He says he sells a char legion+22. I think "oh that must be the friend of sG1990". So i ask what the char has.
He says:
+22 warrior with h.a.
2h is +22 full 100% d15
H.a set full +22 80% d15
Acc set +22 80/100% d15
devil +10 /dress etc.
So i think "oh, the friend of sG1990 is bandit100 and we already talked on epvpers". So i tell the guy on discord (of which im thinking it's bandit100, when in reality it was sG1990 the whole time) that we already negotiated. I'm "janikler" from elitepvpers. He says "oh ok, my friend just told me someone in elitepvpers wants to buy a legion+22 char, i didn't know it's you, yes we already talked".
After that he says let's negotiate for a new price and we found a deal, he wanted me to go first with psc, i did so, got scammed.
After all, sorry to bandit100 he was NOT the scammer.
