Umm, there are many EP4.5 Clients and EP 5.3 so on and so forth. The files are all there and ready to be extracted using either the LPH tool released here or nubness's new Shaiya Data File tool.
I suggest using the search function. Search things like EP 4.5 Client or if you want even higher content, search EP 5.3 Client.

Aight get a full version of winhex.
Open ur dekaron.exe with winhex
"Use in-placemode"
Press ctrl+f
In the box type "data/data.pak
And hit search
Now change it to w/e u want
