Setting up a EP4 Server (assuming you are looking for EP4 since this is an EP4 topic) is the easiest episode to get running. I'd recommend doing it yourself instead of asking/hiring someone to do it for you, since it is that easy and you will at least have to learn what you are doing in those steps to at least have some basic knowledge about how your server works.

There were detailed video tutorials on how to get a EP4.5 Server running, but they were taken down by the uploader and only 3 parts were re-uploaded:

Watch those videos carefully and do exactly what he does. However, use MSSQL 2008 R2 and not 2005 like in those videos.

Anyway. I'm glad my works is still usefull. I don't have the pics. Don't remember where I uploaded them either. Too bad my Guide is no longer a 'sticky'. It's still out there though.
