How to stop your Public IP address from changing for server hosted from home pc

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if this guide is going to help many people, but i felt like posting this guide because i faced this issue. Everytime i would reboot my home router, my public ip would change so i had to reconfigure all the client/server ips and then all my friends would need to redownload the game, like about 1-2 a week. So then i figured out there was a way, which was free. So here it is!

Ok so first register at
Then create a free subdomain, name it what ever you want and assign it your public ip, in my case i put 86.185.226.220
Save it now you can configure your game.exe, updater.exe and ps_game.ini etc...to your subdomain which you created. Test it out...and your good to go.
This helps so that, when your ip changes just go on website
and edit the domain ip to the newer one and your good to go!
