Restore Database
The system cannot find the file batch\shaiya_db_restore.
The system cannot find the file batch\config_database.bat.
Start MSTDC and set to auto.
[SC] ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS
[SC] StartService FAILED 1056:

An instance of the service is already running.

Shaiya Services
The system cannot find the file batch\shaiya_svc_register.bat.

This error you get because you didnt turn of UAC ,
Go to start Type in UAC , Set it on the lowest one then restart your pc and try again

If you want to make it public , Its very help full to make a website so they can make an account by them self .
