Aufgrund der vielen Fragen/Fehler/Meldungen schreibe ich jetzt ein Deutsches Tutorial auch wenn bereits welche existieren, da viele OutDated sind.
Because of the many Issues/Errors, i am now writing a English and German Tutorial even if already exist which, as many are Outdated

Vorbereitung
Zunächst einmal solltet ihr sicherstellen, dass ihr alle Programme besitzt die im Download aufgeführt sind. Ausserdem solltet ihr euch bewusst sein, dass ein normaler Standard-PC mit Hamachi keine Lösung ist um einen Server Public laufen zu lassen!
Solltest du keinerlei Kenntnisse in SQL-Sprache & Allgemeine Windows/Server besitzen sieh davon ab deinen Server Public zu releasen.
Das stoßt vermutlich auf Verärgerung der Shaiya-Spielenden Community.
Und ohne jeweilige Server wird deine Community nicht größer als 10 Spieler.
Jedoch bleibt es vollkommen dir überlassen.
First at all, you should ensure that you have all the programs that are listed in the download. Furthermore, you should definitely be aware that a normal standard PC using Hamachi is not a solution to run a public Server!
If you have no knowledge of SQL language & General Windows / Server do not release your Server Public! Shaiya-Gamers won't a Server with unknowledged Team! And without Root-Server your community is not more than 10 Players. However, it is entirely up to you.

Jedoch macht es keinen allzu großen Unterschied welche Datenbank ihr benutzt.

Die Deutschen-SQL-Files besitzen nicht das richtige Format und es kann zu Problemen kommen, welche extra Umstellungen benötigen die ich hier nicht behandle!

Downloads
Ihr solltet prinzipiell SQL 2008 R2 Trial (180 Tage Testversion) verwenden, da SQL Express nicht wirklich eine sinnvolle Lösung ist!

Konfiguration/Configuration
Beginnen wir mit der Installation & Konfiguration des SQL-Servers.
Let's start with the Installation and Configuration of SQL Server.
Ihr klickt auf "New SQL Server stand-alone installation or add features to an existing installation"
Click on "New SQL Server stand-alone installation or add features to an existing installation"
Solange alles funktioniert solltet ihr "Passed: 6, Failed: 0" erhalten. Klickt nun auf "NEXT"
As long as everything works you should get "Passed: 6, Failed: 0," . Now click on "NEXT"
Als nächstes solltet ihr diese Meldung erhalten.
Falls ihr Fehler bekommt, solltet Ihr euch zuerst um diese kümmern.
Windows-Firewall ist vorerst kein Problem. Klickt auf "NEXT"
Anschliessend klickt ihr bei den AGB & Product-Key Steps auf "NEXT"
Next, you should get this message.

Windows Firewall is not an issue for now. Click "NEXT" then you click on the Terms & Product Key Steps to "NEXT"
Bei der Feature Selection wählt ihr alles:

und klickt auf "NEXT"
Bei der Instanz-Configuration klickt ihr auf "Default Instanz"
In the instance configuration you click on "Default Instance"
Im nächsten Schritt wird er euch sagen, wieviel Speicher es benötigt. Klickt auch hier auf "NEXT"

Klickt auf "Use the same Account for all SQL-Services", Hier gebt ihr euren PC-Benutzer ein und euer Passwort. Achtet darauf, dass er Administratoren Rechte besitzt.
Click on "Use the same account for all SQL services," Here you give your PC user, and your password. Make sure that it has administrator rights.
Als nächstes wählt ihr MIXED MODE.
Next select their MIXED MODE
Auch hier fügt ihr euren Aktuellen Benutzer & Euer PC Password hinzu.
Sollte alles funktionieren erhaltet ihr:

Solltet ihr alles richtig haben könnt ihr bei den nächsten Schritten einfach "Next" klicken, da der SQL Server mit der installation beginnt.

Anschliessend klickt ihr den Windows-Start Button und sucht nach:

Jetzt Navigiert ihr zu SQL Server Network Configuration:
Now you move to SQL-Server Network Configuration:
Jetzt klickt ihr auf Eigenschaften von TCP/IP und ändert es wie folgt:

Jegliche Änderung bedarf einen SQL neustart.
Any change requires a SQL restart.
Rechtsklickt nun auf Named Pipes und ändert die Zeile :
Pipe-Name: in: \\.\pipe\sql\query
Right Now click on Named Pipe and change the line:

Klickt auf "OK" & "Übernehmen"
Click on "OK" and "Apply"
Startet den SQL Server neu !
Reboot your SQL!
Management Studio for SQL
Bei der Installation des SQL-Management Studios geht ihr genau so vor.
Bei der Installation klickt ihr auf "Perfom a new SQL-Installation" und nicht "Add a feature"
Anschliessend klickt ihr auf:
During installation of SQL Management Studio it is exactly the same procedure when installing clicking on "perfom a new SQL installation" and not "add a feature" Then you clicke on:
Der Rest installiert sich selbstständig!
The rest will be done automaticly

Nachdem es sich geöffnet hat, ändert ihr den Servernamen in: 127.0.0.1 und wählt "Windows-Mode" und klickt auf "Login"
After you opened SQL-Managment, change the Server-Name to Server: 127.0.0.1 and choose "Windows Mode" and click on "Login"
127.0.0.1 - ServerName !
Anschliessend klickt ihr auf "Security" ---> "Logins" und Klickt "New Login"
Then you click on "Security" ---> "Logins" and Click "New Member"
Hier wählt ihr den Benutzer: Shaiya und eines eurer favoriesierten Passwörter.
Here you can select the Username: Shaiya and one of your favorite Passwords
Das Häkchen bei "Enforce Password expiration" könnt ihr rausnehmen.
The check mark for "Enforce password expiration" you can take out.
Unter dem Sub-Menü : Server Roles wählt ihr folgendes:

Shaiya-Server
Nun extrahiert ihr den Shaiya-Server den ihr euch gedownloaded habt an einem beliebigen Ort. Es empfiehlt sich "Dokumente" da euch SQL-Server auf C: vermutlich mitteilt, dass er keine ausreichenden Rechte besitzt!
Now you extract your Shaiya-Server.
It is recommended to store it on "Documents" because maybe your SQL Server does not have sufficient rights for Local-Drive:
Nachdem Ihr den Shaiya-Server extrahiert habt wechselt ihr wieder in den SQL-Manager und klickt mit Rechts auf "Database" "Attach Database"
After your Shaiya-Server is extracted, return to the SQL Manager and click with right-mouseclick to "Database" "Attach Database"
In dem nächsten Fenster navigiert ihr zu der Lokation eures Shaiya-Servers in den Ordner: DATABASE:
On the next window you will navigate to the location of your Shaiya Server to folder: DATABASE
Hier wählt ihr alle Datenbank-Files aus und klickt anschliessend auf OK
Here you can select all of the database files and then click OK
Eure Datenbank sollte nun wie folgt aussehen:

Nach diesen Schritten solltet ihr in eurem Shaiya-Server Ordner eine Datei finden mit dem Namen: SQL New Installation.sql - Diese öffnet ihr im SQL-Manager.
After these steps, you should take a look in your Shaiya Server Folder and look for a file with the Name:
New SQL Installation.sql - Doubleclick it/Open it..
Hier ändert ihr alles wie folgt ab:

Change it in: Shaiya
ändert ihr in 'Shaiya'
und :
and:
your-db-Password' ,
in :
Das Passwort das ihr für den Shaiya-Benutzer im SQL-Manager gewählt habt.

Anschliessend klickt ihr auf "EXECUTE" oder drückt "F5".
After that, click on "EXECUTE" or Press "F5"
Hinweis: Eventuell bekommt ihr folgende Fehlermeldung:

Cannot find the object "GameAccountTBL" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.
Diese könnt ihr Ignorieren. In manchen ServerFiles sind diese Tabellen nicht dabei, da sie nicht zwingend benötigt werden.
Notice: You will get maybe the error something like:

Cannot find the object "GameAccountTBL" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.
It is nothing Important! In some files (here too) there are some tables not in because you don't need it.
Navigiert nun in euren Shaiya-Server Ordner unter PSM_Server und öffnet ps_passwordENC.exe
Navigate now in your Shaiya Server folder under PSM_Server and open ps_passwordENC.exe
In den Input schreibt ihr euer ausgewähltes Passwort. Das selbe wie im SQL-Manager verwendet wurde für Shaiya !
In the Input-Line type your chosen password -
the same as you are using in SQL Manager for User Shaiya!
Den Unteren-String bei Output kopiert ihr anschliessend!
Copy the String in the Output-Line!
Jetzt wechselt ihr zu PSM_Client/Bin/Config und seht folgendes:
Now you'll switch to PSM_Client / bin / config and see you will the follow Files:
Öfnet nun jede einzelne .ini Datei und ändert es wie folgt:
Now open each .ini file and change it as follows.:
Achtet darauf, dass Shaiya und Euer kopierter String exakt in jeder ini Datei ersetzt wird !
Attention: Make Sure that you change on each .ini File the same String and Shaiya as UserName!
Jetzt wechselt ihr zu PSM_Client und wählt PSM_ServiceMgr und führt es als Admin aus !
Now you'll switch to PSM_Client and selects PSM_ServiceMgr and executes it as admin!
Anschliessend klickt ihr im nächsten Fenster bei jedem Service auf INSTALL
Then you click in the Window on each Service on INSTALL
Habt ihr dies durchgeführt klickt ihr in PSM_Client Ordner auf PSM_AgentInstall als Admin!
if you have this done you click in PSM_Client folder on PSM_AgentInstall Run as Admin!
Das größte ist nun vollbracht!

Jetzt klickt ihr: Windows-Start und sucht nach CMD und führt es als Administrator aus.

im folgenden Navigiert ihr mit cd zu eurem Shaiya-Server Ordner wo die datei shaiya_svc_register.bat liegt.
Now you Navigate with cd - Command to your Shaiya Server Folder where the file shaiya_svc_register.bat is located.
Enter.
Habt ihr dies vollbracht und Windows neugestartet, könnt ihr euren Server öffnen!
Dort gebt ihr noch euren Benutzernamen "Shaiya" ein und euer Passwort im KLARTEXT Keinen String!
klickt auf "Apply All Account & Password"
Have you done this then restart your Windows.
Now you can open your Servermanager. Now type your Username "Shaiya" and your Password in Plain text No String! click on "Apply All Account & Password"
E Voila !
Edit Game.exe
Navigiert in euren Shaiya-Client und downloaded euch einen Hex-Editor eurer wahl.
Öffnet game.exe mit eurem hex Editor! Drückt dort die Such-Funktion und gebt im Fenster unter "text" English ein!
Der Hex-Editor springt nun zu eurer Stelle.
Navigate to your Shaiya Client -Folder and download some Hex-Editor of your choice. Open game.exe with your Hex Editor and use Search-Function for "Text". Search for: English.
The Hex editor now will jump to the Place.
Nun editiert ihr eure IP:
Now Change the IP:
Look for: 174.142.118.105
Wir suchen die IP Adresse: 174.142.118.105
Diese ändert ihr in eure Hamachi-IP oder LAN-Adresse.

Auf der linken Seite seht ihr 2E 2E 2E ändert alle 2E's unbedingt in 00!
On the left side you see 2E 2E 2E Change ALL 2E's absolutely in 00 !
Solution and Fixes
Der Shaiya-Server stoppt nach kurzer Zeit und bleibt auf "Pause":
My Shaiya-Server turned back to II after some Seconds:
PSM_Client/bin/logs enthält Logdaten welche Probleme & Funktionalitäten aufzeichnen. Bitte siehe dir nach einander die Logs an.
Das Problem tritt meistens dann auf, wenn Passwörter nicht stimmen oder das SQL Setup über 127.0.0.1 falsch erstellt ist bzw der Server keine verbindung aufbauen kann.
PSM_Client/bin/logs provides logs from Shaiya-Server which stored Issues and other things. Please take a look at the Logs.
Most Time for this Problem is: Wrong Account-Data for SQL/Server and/or Wrong Setup over TCP: 127.0.0.1 which means Your Server cannot cooperate with SQL.
