It is kind of needed because it gets boring to play on a server in which you can't communicate with others, has happened to me in the past...

German is in Europa . But if u want a successful Server is better u make it German / USA or only USA bc english is universal language . If u make it Russia , only russia ppl can play it and i dont belive they are many . ( It is kind of needed because it gets boring to play on a server in which you can't communicate with others ) <---very true . But good luck . . . .
