How Do I Ban The Right Way?

I've been banning people by blocking them out of my router, I was hoping somebody can tell me how to do it properly, I can lock them out of the game, but I know it's not the right way.

GM command /aban <playername> Bans the player

Also you can go into the Database and Change there log in password to something else will keep them from logging in with that account again.

Also something i have found is setting Status in PS_userdata.[dbo].Users_Master to 14 it limits them from logging in with a message that states your account is blocked now. you can't log into the game

But none of these options are IP Bans they only block the specific Account

Well when im ingame, it will dc me if i use /aban :S but thank you for the 14 thing, it works

Apol, the status one change the status to 2 and it bans them as well
