You need to fix the notice.tga. On the ep6 interface I fixed and released it is fixed. I'm pointing to:

• Announcement
• The "This window will not open next time." is a fake text. With try and error you can find the invisible checkbox that needs to be checked if you don't want the Announcement window to show up at the next login.
