Any P-Server need an good staff ?

Im Luc
Im searching for a p-server that needs a good staff.
Ive been on Detox Shaiya but recently got kicked.
(Got kicked because: The ADM gave a member Gear and it was impossible too get it in 1 day.
I didnt know the ADM gave it too him so i took it away,
Then i got kicked.)
Im good with the SQL DB.(I dont know how to Show you im good with it D: )
you can trust me.
Like to hear some respone

In my opinion it's better to play a server, get to know it, and be active on their forums.. and after that you can apply for that position on their forums.. or talk to the staff team and ask them in skype or something like that.

Say i was interested in taking you in.
First off, prove that you know SQL.
Second off, why did you get kicked off Detox Shaiya, why would i want you now?
And also as Greese said, join the server and they might want you.

As Greester said, Just play some server, be active,helpfull, friendly... Earn your tagg.

You will be picked up by a Admin, or suggest by any other staff member.

It just take's some time. ^_^
