[Glitch]/kick (non functional?)

I had someone online and glitched after they DC'd but they can not log back on to their account because their toon is still logged on. The problem I am having now is, I am using the /kick function and it has worked before but now it doesn't do anything at all.

Doing /ban will only cause myself to DC so that's a no go. Is there another way WITHOUT having to restart the server to cause his account to log out? Possibly in the database?

check to make sure the name is correct, capital I looks like lowercase L's in shaiya.

If you are using the old ban script, make sure their "Leave" status is set to '0'. What i do is the following:

UPDATE PS_UserData.dbo.users_master
SET Leave = 0
Where UserID = 'INSERT_USERID_HERE'

This should solve the problem, if not, let me know.
