Is this skill/series worth leveling up? I remember (80/90 cap) Windless had great DPS which was worth it for pvp. Is Deathbringer's DPS equal/greater than Windless? Also most people pill the dull...

So in roc mountain the highest level monster is lvl 88 rocky, but level cap is 100, so where do we level from 95+? Cuz the monster will be blue which means sad exp =( are there higher level monsters...
