I can't use the hacks?

I can't use the hacks everyone makes in the Hacks section because whenever I try to run the hacks for example, the paradise trainer, it gives me a popup saying missing MSVCR100.dll. I know that I have to download
"Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)" to fix it but the problem is I can't download anything from the Microsoft website. It gives me an error saying unable to connect.

So I was wondering guys, if there is any way I can download
"Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)" for free on a different website.

Tell them to learn how to compile.
You should compile as /MT (Multi-Threaded) and in release mode.
This way, all dll's are included in the file.
