Can someone tell me what these two values in the "Set Critical" line do/mean?
Is one for like the random crit rate or smt?

I have an older client (patch 9, version 1031) which is using by private servers. But current client and my old one doesn't have the same encryption format for resources. So FNResource Tool doesn't work for me. It throws an exception.

(It says problem is the location but I tried with new S4 at the same path and it worked so there is a diffrent problem)
But I've seen lots of editted servers... So I know it's possible but I wonder...
