Korean S4 League help please?

So I've been playing on the krs4 league servers for quite some time now. With little to no issue logging on. But as of the most recent patch they put up (within the last 2-3 days) I've been completely incappable of logging on. Anybody else having these same issues.

But, if anybody has a fix to this let me know.

I'm getting this issue right when I try to open up krs4 from the pmang website.

Prior to this issue, I was able to get a few steps past this part, to the point where I needed to update it. And the download would get to 75% and then pause for 10-15 seconds. And I'd get an error message (Cannot provide link due to it was a few days ago)

If you guys have any solutions, PLEASE let me know. <3

... Could you change your system language to korean and take that screen again?

Do you happen to have any quick-and-easy guides for changing the language?
Because I've looked up a bunch of guides and they all have me go to my windows update. And do the "search for online updates" but there is no option for it.
