Delays are something from 10 to 50ms.

Doesn't matter if with or without SP, it's the same pattern.

If you search you would find tutorials.

Either you get a mouse with macro function
or you use Autoit, or any other Macro program.

then just record your macro or manually do it.

Lol i think you didn't understand his request. He is asking what is the technique to recov without dodging, more precisely what Keys should he press to make it. Not how to airwalk or how to make a macro.
