Problems with CE/Faith Injector

Hi guys, when i inject my bypass (AvoidExit+XtrapBypass.dll) with Faith Injector, it works and i can arrive to the login screen, but at this moment, S4 Crashes and the Xtrap Error message don't tell me what's the bad program i'm using. I've tried with and without CE, that's still the same.

So, if someone could help me to reach logging with my bypass + CE enabled

Aw yeah, thanks i tried with Jimmy's bypass it works!
But now the problem is that when i start a game, i crash like with IDM/ITM. :<
