[Question] S4 League Shop

I've been researching for months now, looking up resources about hacking S4 League. And have 2 questions.
1.)Is there any way to open the .S4 Resource in the s4 folder?
2.)I've heaerd of a way to use cheat engine to change the prices to zero, any help?( I will make a hack if i am successful.)

C.E. cannot change it to 0 cause the game is online . It will change just the text to 0

What about the .S4 file

It doesn't matter how you mod any s4 file if shop and character data is stored server side.
