Joey, please, follow those instructions:
1)Open your control pannel -> Language settings(pic of the Earth) ->Change keyboard settings -> Keyboards ->Add new ->Japanese(Choose the one called Microsoft IME)
2)Activate the keybord. Now find a big "A" letter(Windows bar)and click on it. Chose the option, which is at the top of the list.
3)Compare the captcha to this table:

Under each symbol, you have typing combination.(For example MO=も)
Hope you will be successful

J, you have to login and click the page with mails. Use google translate and find settings. You have to fill in your email, which will get confirmed, and then you will able to set on your password. YOU MUST DO IT BEFORE LOGGING OUT!!!
