First u need lvl 5 to create another character..

In the half time you can change it then

No it isn't a Bug and it isn't a Hack. The Clothes are loading on your pc, thats because you see the clothes so late.

Your peer2peer Conection is Low
You see the Clothes of your Mates some time later.
At start is your Mate with white Clothes ingame.
After a few minutes is his right clothing.

Right ?
