cant log to s4

Everytime i try to launch s4 league i get this error from xtrap saying this: 'The access to X-Trap patch server is unstable or X-Trap update wasn't able to run properly, Please, resart the game.'
I could play s4 before but yesterday this appeared. I tried to reboot my computer a 100 times and i deleted and redownload+reinstalled the game 5times but that doesnt work.
Can anybody help me or knows what i should do?

Do you have any Antivir programms.?
Go to ,
And load you Ccleaner and install.
1.Open
2.Go to register.
3.right Down the button(fix or so...)
4.Dont save.
And start s4
