That's not how it works.
Nobody is willing to pay 500€ for a S4 Account. If somebody wants all of this Forcepack weapons, he can easily spend 500 Bucks in AP and has no Risks of getting banned or something like that. Even if somebody has so much money to spend for S4, he already bought tons of AP and dont need your Account.

But good luck, maybe you can find somebody, who is willing to spend so much money for S4.
