So here's a tutorial to those mentally challenged concerning some (non-) technical terms, that should be common knowledge by now:
When people write "Press" means, usually, pressing a keyboard key.
When people write "Click" means using your mouse to click in some kind of virtual button.

NOTE: Most hacks don't come with a read me text file, nor should it be considered a manual. Please use your brain.exe and browse the 1st post before downloading. Thanks.

It's the same thing.
When you press Restore (which Nya's & H4c0r's does automatically) your character gets naked to the eyes of the game. Meaning the game it self won't let you play unless you have equipped a weapon and a skill BEFORE you applied a profile. I suggest you equip training ps + 15HP skill when you get in game. Only then apply the profile you want to play with.
PS.: Click RESTORE when you are at the game room lobby, right before clicking START.

Installation: (@ modified Mr.Sm!th's help file)

1. Extract all files into your S4 League installation directory;
2. Right click Sm!th Injector.exe, Properties -> Compatibility -> Run program as administrator -> OK; (Vista/7)
3. Right click Sm!th Injector.exe, Send to -> Desktop (shortcut);
4. Run Sm!th Injector;
5. Add the Itemmanager P20.3.dll to the dll list and optinally other dlls;
6. If you want to inject the dlls at every s4 start, check Save List;
7. Click Run S4 and click Start in the S4L launcher.

Steps After Injecting:

1. (Optional) Log In with ALL Caps or RaNdOm caps username; (Avoids DC)
2. Press Insert to enable user interface;
3. Enter your inventory, equip all the disired Clothes and Weapons (Usage-Timed, aka, Fumbi);
4. Click on the Item manager list, then on the field above and enter a profile name: pex.: Camp equips, TD.ATK..., then press SAVE;
5. Now UNEQUIP ALL, we want your chara as nekid as they were born to S4L;
6. IMPORTANT: Equip some Perm/undesired weapons/clothes/skill to avoid detection by other players and GMs checking your equipments!
7. Select and Press Load or Double Click the profile you want;
8. Change Chara (]lvl5) or Go to Shop/Characters and onto lobby/inventory again ([lvl5);
9. Tada! Now your not using your clothes/weps, their timmer is not running out when you join a game, and you get to keep they're PLUSes;
10. To Change Profile (or STOP using the item manager), simply press Restore, then to equip again follow step 8 and following again.
