XP dá uns problemas.
Já reinicias-te o pc desde que adquiriste a nova versão?
BTW, li na net k isso é um problema de permissões. És o administrador do pc em k jogas?

Mas isso de certeza absoluta que não é da hack. É ou da net ou da alaplaya (podem ter banido a tua conta?) experimenta outra, e muda o ip (reiniciar o modem/router).

Se usas outro sem ser o da nya, lembra-t de o renomear dps de o activares no gestor de tarefas e antes de começares o jogo.
