[Release/Addy] SharpShooter Cursor & No Scope Texture

This was pretty much a request from someone. I made it but to me I find it useless because I don't snipe people due to their limitations

So basically this just adds an unused cursor effect so you can like noscope in Sharpshooter, also when you right click to zoom in I disabled the scope texture for it so it'll be easier to snipe

Btw you should note that wannabees who want to try these kind of Hacks/Mods,
should finish the tutorial on CE atleast. You can safe more time and rid your thread of
useless questions like " Howto use it etc... ", but not all of them of course. And really well done.

You know what's ridiculus? It's 2 days,that your address has been released (i think someone else used it b4),that "magically" everyone has become a "mlg-quikskoper of fazeclan 360°",and when i spot one of them today, wich was s4 level (got quick scoped base from base in st2 when i was jumping at random couple of times),i asked why everyone so suddendly was this good at quickscoping,the answer was "Uh, you know..im not really good with sharp,i do only hit sometimes at qs).Obiviously that guy qs me,like other hundred times in the match.

Im gonna have fun times report those high level people for using this address.

(Btw nice one release,finally something different than usual stuff).
