Updated:
- Fixed bug on the ITM
- Added "Skin Pen->Fp" (example: plasma swords becomes taser swords)
New ID will be add soon in the list.

bypass works, but IDChanger didn't open once.
I have .net framework and C++ installed & start as admin.
I try Faith and PerX Injector, but it won't be open U___U

Hey, here is a simple effect changer, it's really bad coded but it's enought fast to scan the shop ID's enjoy using it.
Requirements
Download Redistribuable Visual C++ pour Visual Studio*2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center
-Extract all in S4 Folder
-Start EffectChanger.exe as administrator then start S4 League
-An advertisement should appear
-Press Skip Ad then press next.
