Works for me just spam F8 while taking your Ammo down. Takes a few tries.

1• Be sure that you have Direct X RunTimes Installed
Download Link "From Microsoft" :
Direct X RunTimes

2• Diable your Anti-Virus.

3• Close Any Game Boosters, Game Recording Software, & Hardware Monitors.

4• Restart you computer after all that.

5• If it still not Working Try To Download NET Framework 4 or 4.5
