[Help]How to make a color aimbot[Help]

I don't even want it to be complicated ._.
I just want an Autoit Aimbot Script or some sort of tutorial so when the crosshair turns red, it shoots for me or releases the left button. Depending on options.

What each options does:
Aimbot On/Off, just turns the aimbot on/off, theres a status image:
Green when on, red when off

Mode:
When crosshair turns red,
Release:
Releases Left Mouse Button
Shoot:
Shoots

Button turns darker when being used,
and exit just... Exits

From what I tampered around it works on a specific mouse state which is similar to when you mouse over a quick selection window in Opera.
I tested it out a bit on Toko but can't seem to get it working right.
