S4league Private server!!

I found a private server of s4 league and I could not download because there were surveys with mobile phone contracts! surveys sucks everything

Looks fake to me. Besides that, if you look all around the website, there is no year stamp, so theres no telling how old this website is.

Well,Metin2 and Counquer have server files.
You just have to edit some configs and run the servers.
At S4league you don't have the files needed.
