First you must change the values then you buy new weapons/new skill (it should show +30% EXP).. If you use the new items it should work

Der HGWC dürfte nicht funktionieren.. Wenn du den Bypass nicht hast, könntest dus auch mit nem Suspender versuchen, so mach ichs immer und es funktioniert

You want, for example change Plasmasword +1 to Plasmasword with Forcepack?

It does work for me,
I have Win 7 32 Bit and I use Omidhars bypass.
I used it on clothes and skill and 3 weapons, the EXP one
First change the values, THEN BUY the item and play/farm.
If you already have the items and change the values, you will still get normal amount of EXP, so do buy them after you change the values.

If you want to buy FPS weapons from shop (Not sure about the skin) change the value into (Credits go to Cola100)

21001 - Melee Weapon Force Pack
22001 - Rifle Weapon Force Pack
23001 - Rifle Weapon Force Pack
24001 - Heavy Gun Weapon Force Pack
25001 - Snipe Weapon Force Pack
26001 - Special Weapon Force Pack
27001 - Mental Weapon Force Pack
28001 - Throwing Weapon Force Pack

And yes,you will get banned after you log out,but if I recall,its for a short time.
