Any ideas why this happens? Windows 7 32bit.

You need to create and freeze a profile. Steps on how to do that have been posted >> <<.

When there is a half match break, you can chose character. He/She shows up with no equipment; and i see too many players ingame that wearing no clothes too. How can i be sure that my equipment visually apperars on my character not just for me, but the other players can see my style too?

To get the right colors, I'd suggest mapping out the color levels of items and attempting to get a clothes item of the right color level (1, 2, 3, 4, whatever color level you want) from Fumbi. For clothes items and weapons, that is. Hair is easy. You can buy different color levels of it with pen.

Wait! I cannot belive that ItemID is fakeable and color set is not. I'm sure that you can compare 2 items with different colors and see where is difference. Yeah, i can spent some pen and i have WPE Pro to spy on packages. Should I?

It may simply be taking a while for their items to load. You view players as unequipped until all their stuff loads, and every time a you leave/join a room or a new player enters, you have to reload all their items. Just give it some time.
