Ofc you can, silly :3
And if you freeze the items with Item Manager and just change them with ID changer you will get the stats for accesorry but you can't freeze the 3rd weapon slot.

i regist hardware and i add in forum then i copy password for unlock the id manager then i paste in box to unlock its says wrong password
|

Be sure you use the password from the HWID 
There are 2 things...
The Hardware ID and the personal password.
To unlock id manager, use the personal password ^^

Hey Guys today i will tell you a Nice Bug i think you will like It.
This bug makes your Weapon or Gun Black you need a (Hand Gun) to do it
Then What you need to do:
1-Open Injector x32 if your Windows bit 32
2-Start S4 League with S4 Launcher
3-Change all Items you need
4-Change {Hand Gun}to Weapon you need maybe your {Hand Gun} Need to be Unlimited Use or maybe not
5-Now Save
6-Rejoin Server
7-Activate Items
