The personal password is your own. You get it when you register your HWID.

i did exacly what you said but when i click "Get Personal Password" the ID Manager says "Not Authorized"
Please help me !!

TO the people who DC from the rooms...if you are sure you made every step and you still get DC ( disconnected ) then open the Id manager and click analyze then post it here so he can sees the problem..

pppeople pls help, i copy that Hardware ID and save, click on get personal password , and nothing write "Not authorized"but im logged on site. plssss help

That's cause you tried unlocking ID manager without registering the HWID ._.
