I think it's not a bug, because when he registered his HWID on a banned Account, he cant register his HWID again with a other Account.
The only solution is to reset the HWID from the banned Account and yes for that, only a Admin can help.

It's a bit weird cause with my ban acc,i registed the HWID

My MD5 Hash is different from other Releaser, i think. So it can be that your HWID from the banned Account is different with your HWID from my DLL.
If the HWID is different then of course you can register it on two Accounts.

Question & Answer added, maybe it can solve some Problems with the HWID System.
Fragen & Antworten hinzugefügt, vielleicht kann das dem einen oder anderen bei Problemen mit dem HWID System helfen.

Liegt bestimmt am Bit ich hab 32 Bit und es geht ab und zu und wenn es geht dann läggt es wie die sau  .

Versuch den Button so schnell wie möglich zu klicken. Was die Laggs angeht, da muss ich noch schauen ob es wirklich von meinem Manager kommt.

OK werds versuchen darum ging es also nicht naja danke für die Info .
Sry für die Doppelpost aber das muss ma jetzt raus JETZT MA EHRLICH ich experimentiere den ganzen TAG rum und weiß immernoch nicht was das problem ist da kommt immernoch die Fehlermeldung CANNOT FIND D3D9.DLL was soll das ich weiß ihr habt nicht alle zeit der welt aber könntet ihr nicht ein hack machen der ohne Bypass ist ich krieg die krise wäre doch auch viel nützlicher wenn man ein hack mit AutoIt macht oder den letzten hack als es noch S4 League Dark Lighting gab der hack war echt super aber jetzt naja .

Copy & Paste the link into your Internet Browser and scroll all the way down and then it will say Hardware ID. You then copy and paste the ID it gave you from the ID Manager and click Save. Then go back to the ID Manager and click "Unlock ID Manager". If it gives you a Dynamic String Error, close S4 and re-open the ID Manager and then open S4 and quickly click "Unlock ID Manager" on the ID Manager.

This bug makes your Weapon or Gun Black you need a (Hand Gun) to do it
Then What you need to do:
1-Open Injector x32 if your Windows bit 32
2-Start S4 League with S4 Launcher
3-Change all Items you need
4-Change {Hand Gun}to Weapon you need maybe your {Hand Gun} Need to be Unlimited Use or maybe not
