First of all, you need to have some courage to get white berry's because they are in the wilderness and they are close to lvl 152 red dragons.Yeah..WHITE BERRY'S
. they cost at grand exchange for about 1.2k each and they spawn every 2 seconds and they are used to train herblore and make defense potions.For every trip to the isle and back to varrock it takes about 2-3 minutes.You must have the equip slot similar to this:
a charged games necklace for teleporting to clan wars,an anti-dragon shield and a staff with unlimited supplies of air runes.REMEMBER:you cant teleport directly from the dragon isle to varrock because you are at lvl 37 wilderness
you will need to go back to clan wars and teleport from there.

You don't need to bring any food because you wont lose anything if you die and if you are careful you won't die.Here is the inventory:
After 1 trip you will get 26 white berry's thats about 32k! Repeat that 10 times and you get around 350k gp!!
