I am Looking for a fairly high level runescape account, not too bothered about what items it has as long as it has decent skills to make money with.
The owner of the account must be based in the UK as I dont have paypal so I was just gonna drive to them or meet them somewhere to pay them with. I live around Yorkshire, in the UK.
