Changing this "RunVersion" will not fix this problem, i suggest you find a new mapid corrected. Don't forget it'll cost you some money.

Oziel is saying that. It looks like it still doesn't work for kingkoy AFTER he's changed the version number so what he needs is a different client. He knows what he needs to do, he just doesn't have the right file.

At least that's what it looks like to me. I don't really understand any of this because I'm not a programmer
