I report these spam posts of his but they never get removed. If he ever gets infractions he sits them out and spams again as soon as they've expired. Notice how he hasn't spammed lately until now?

I don't think there's a rule for persistent repeat offenders is there?

In the mean time we get infractions for "spamming" his server thread. It makes me angry considering all of the stuff he's posted in our threads in the past.
