Or make a random idea generator we add the ideas into a program it spins and then gives us the idea we have to make. (That could also prove usefull with people giving us ideas on it and randomly selecting it)

there's nothing more toxic than a black knight's ego. good concept that I think would work for a short term but do you really see anybody here, even yourself, keeping in line with something like that over a log term of years? no matter how you try, in the end somebody will get their panties twisted and hose the rest of the team when things fall to pieces.
look at that guy that posted the entire server image, user files, forum images and everything Kairos Rohan today. I'm sure he is a disgruntled dev that did that simply to hurt the people he worked with.
THAT is the sad state of the Rohan pserver world.
