Grey Phoenix gives the boots, green phoenix gives the gauntlets. Armor and tasset requires the same materials as one flame diamond and for the helmet you have to participate in some **** *** 3 months event 1h b4 the major tsb every week. I strongly believe getting gauntlets is the hardest job, in xor rohan we dropped 7 or 8 boots, made 4 flame diamonds(took 11 months lmao) and just 1 gauntlets. Green Phoenix seems to be bugged, because even in irohan the RMT price for gauntlets was higher than the helmet, but it all depens on the server rates. Or you can always start dupe.
