[Ask] Gel/Gem extractor

Can anyone plz share the knowledge where to get .monster on each world/map... coz when i look at world.gel seem like missing monster. Extractor code that im using is the one from xentax (c++). And when i check the .gel ..it seem like there're missing .monster for ex: on world map [0-3] missing 0-3.monster ...
