to solve gate way error all i did was shut down vmware then shut down my pc.
i rebooted my pc then opened up vmware then opened xampp, Db server, log server, map server
made sure my xampp was conected by going to my pc browser and typing in the ip address when it comes up with xampp page you good to go.

i found i was getting gatway errors on test03 test 01 and test02 was good for me

then it will be ur network setting go start, all programes, vmware, network
u will need to sort that out set the vm1 (192.168.0.0) and then it should work
this is on ur pc now u have done the vmware stuff
