50/50 you win or you dont :P i spent around 3 k for coins and so far i won:
2 lame krugar mounts(mobs kick you off of them like you a noob)...then 2 ancient preservation stones 1 lvl 7 skill thing.....
i think there is a less chance of winning items that you can sell on market.

ps i tryed to get addres with cheat engine (well i used winHex actually) ran out of coins to figure out the correct address...i had around 12k adresses to go...
