That is as far as I know considered a "hard cheat".
It is useable without crashing the server but its possible, well I dont mind it to be here but he just posted it again after already posting it once^^.

Basically its just to prevent people to actually crash a server but lately it seems about everything became a "hard cheat" (70/100 Spd, any other kind to dupe, any 100% way to upgrade, any way to get perma invincible/invisble w/e)
well that prevents people to just get spoonfed but still lately I also think its abit too many of those "hard cheats" considering the rule that only those crashing the server are actually forbidden hacks.

I've managed to change the values that was very easy but when I tried to equip the weapon which WAS a lot higher than my own level, it errored low skill point but the weapons changed PT requirement is lower than my skill level and wasn't written in red (Equipable).

in fact, when u got disconected, and relogin,
u looks like wear that armor..
but in fact u are wear nothing...
that was happen to me..
one thing that i want to say is, notice that cheat always active ( don`t close u`r CE )
or maybe someone can correct me?
where my fault?

Try to hot swap...Use Mouse mode first then put the edited item in your inventory then try to equip weapon for ex: Bow then try to swap the weapon on your inventory going to your equip weapon. un hindi ung Nagmumura ka kagad...try mo kaya search ung forum NOOOB

ok i saw something interesting in RFcheats that you can lower the lvl requirements for weapon and armor, i tried messing with the item.edf and manage to lower the lvl requirement but i still can't equip the weapon and the error msg is "unable to equip items: Low skill level". Can anyone shed some light here?? specially you borlet hehe can you atleast give some hint about this or my error problem?? whats the thing i'm missing?? discuss...
