Looking For high rate RF Private Server

any1 know of any high rate servers that has almost all items in game dropable?(relics/leons/atleast t4s) and no imbalanced donations? doesnt have to be new, but if its new, its better

Play RF jungle all items are available. in NPC like talic upgrade 6-7
RF version 2.2.3

check this out. all u need is in game. they got no game cp because all ingame! easy to level max level is 75. t5s talics all in npc for low prices. dbros drop by mobs in elf

and fair CW...its just I observed every private servers that bells are owning in CW...
