how can I make private server.....

I wanna make my own private server of RF Online and Perfect World what can I run in Hamachi or in LAN. But I don't know how do I do it.

Can someone instruct me?

3Gb CPU
6341M Ram
64bit AMD Phenom 8450 Triple-Core Processor, 2100Mhz
GeForce 9500GS
