Here you can see the level of the character the archon, consuls, the PT requirement the level of the weapon/item..
By the way i do not mean anything so please no flamming.. TNX. next ill post the pics of damage hack, speed hack and everything. i remembered that i have post the screenies of my flyhack just search my post..by the way, i just post this screenies to eradicate the concept that HOTSWAP is not existing anymore =).. dont forget to press thanks if this thread help..

this is fake im sure CE are not working to new patch i used MLE but only work are fly,speed,trap lvl50 for lvl40char,IEGT for lvl40 char,not work are hot swap,atck speed.
