i guess hes stating that in most private servers, the rapid reload is disable due to the abuse of damage hack using siege kit in accre in most cases... hopefully, somebody out der can post some tut or guide on how to enable dat....

In the case of Warzone51 Server, I can see that dont have the RF_Online.bin file, have another file called RF_0nline.bin with double size of the original RF_Online.bin

Go to options --> Game --> Change ctrl keys Scroll down to where you see "Change skill set skill (down)" and change to Shift + C. Assign "Change skill set skill (up)" to Shift + V Now scroll all the way down to where you see "Control type B" and assign that to "X" key. Assign "Control type A" to "Z" key. There it should be working like before. Once they actually do fix this then set to default =).
