there are 2 ways...
1. dupe tons of relic weapons and talic's and then ++++++++
2. point a gun on one of the admins of the server your playing in and POOF instant +7 relic weapon

easy way to upgrade!

+1 = 3mid + 1hg
+2 = 3hg + 1eg
+3 = 4eg

+4 = 4eg if failed "crash the server" then upgrade again!
+5 = 4lucky "same as above"
+6 = use keen upgrader if failed! "should i say it again?"
+7 = still keen upgrader!
