is basically a 'sandbox' so to speak. Not for testing hacks and the like, but for testing the in game mechanics without the endless hassle of leveling things upto GM just to test something out.
Making my own server on another box isnt an option since current server releases require 64bit processor and operating system, which my spare box doenst have. And im not installing it on my Laptop.
